Culture, Mushrooms and Wine A gathering in Cittaslow Mudurnu

How about escaping for a gastronomy weekend full of mushroom picking with master mycologist Jilber Barutçiyan in the lush green nature of Bolu, and a wine and menu tasting with unique recipes by Mustafa Kaan Doğan and Başar Başağa from the Başkaevents Team at the Madanlar Mansion located in the historic center of Mudurnu, a UNESCO World Heritage candidate and Cittaslow, located right by Abant Lake? We are preparing a menu of dishes and compatible wines, inspired by the traces of the Roman province of Bithynia, by the traditions of Ottoman Crown Princes city, living center of Akhism and Republican town of Mudurnu, and by the healing local cuisine of the Western Black Sea region. This event is organized by Terra Mudurnu, which works with a vision of “culture and nature-based sustainable development for Mudurnu”.
